This Privacy Policy explains how Malaysia Uzbekistan Business Alliance collects,
uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data in accordance with Malaysian
personal data protection requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Malaysia Uzbekistan Business Alliance, also known as
Perikatan Perdagangan Malaysia Uzbekistan and referred to in this
Privacy Policy as “MUBA”, “we”, “our” or “us”, respects the privacy
and personal data rights of our members, applicants, delegates, business partners,
website visitors, event participants, vendors, sponsors and other stakeholders.

This Privacy Policy explains how MUBA collects, uses, stores, discloses, transfers
and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection
Act 2010

applicable Malaysian laws, and MUBA’s internal governance requirements.

electronically, verbally, or through third-party platforms used by MUBA.

Where you provide personal data of another person, such as an employee, nominee,
representative, director, guest or delegate, you confirm that you have obtained the
necessary consent or authority to provide such data to MUBA.

E. Payment, Accounting and Compliance

  • Processing membership fees, event fees, sponsorships, donations and contributions;

As MUBA facilitates trade and business engagement between Malaysia, Uzbekistan and

Where cross-border transfer is necessary, MUBA will take reasonable steps to ensure
